Training and experience in Narrative Therapy is essential as it underpins all practices of the model. On the job training in EANT and external training is available.

For the right person with counseling and management skills, the position will be full time. However we are prepared to appoint the 3 days week counseling lead role position and fill the 2 days a week management component of the position separately.

Equine Assisted therapy is now a rapidly expanding field. Horses For Hope is one of the founding programs, having started from an idea, with the first trials in 2004 and starting as a program in 2006. The Horses For Hope, Equine Assisted Narrative Therapy model has been developed and refined continuously throughout.
